Infinite Jest is an incredibly sincere work in a culture where irony is omnipresent, and is one of the best contemporary reflections upon masculinity that I’ve ever read, centering on a narrative about what it means to be a son or a father. Coming with four different attachment heads and twelve individual guide combs for various length options, this really is the complete package of buzzers. I recognize that this book has become the exemplar of “white male literature,” but give it a shot before passing judgment.
